Reduced energy consumption
With an output of 5500 W, the DS67’s power consumption is reduced.
The infrared heating system guarantees perfect temperature stability across the entire width and provides a rapid temperature rise, consuming less energy than oil bath systems. The cooling time of the machine is very short.

Anti-ghosting system
Built-in tension bars to separate textile and paper transfer just after sublimation. This avoids the appearance of a phantom image on the sublimated medium.
Robust design and quality materials
The DS67 uses high-quality materials such as Nomex® and Kevlar to ensure longevity and long-term best-in-class performance. The carpet, for example, is mechanically adjusted, without compressed air, and does not require user adjustment before or during production.

Cleanliness / Maintenance
The DS67 grille does not use an oil bath inside the roller, and therefore does not require an oil change. Connections are also provided to connect a smoke extractor generated by sublimation.

Ease of use
The DS67 comes with 6 self-locking axes: 3 for media feed, and 3 for material recovery. These axes work on each position of the machine. No tools are needed to place the mandrels on the axes. The latter are graduated to allow a fast centering of materials on the machine.

Applications
The DS67 calender allows to imprint on large polyester fabric . A multitude of applications are possible: flags, signs, interior decoration and stand, poster holder, confection, tents, etc..
