Hot film with excellent optical characteristics, available in different heights. 100% environmentally friendly, no solvent glue, no PE adhesive (which may turn into color change after lamination), suitable for automatic separting machines thanks to it burstable feature. The Corona treatment is applied to increase the wettability of the film, improve the anchoring and the adhesion between the surface and the printing ink (overprinting) to BOPP films. BOPP is the ideal solution for mass laminating volume needs. Film suitable for food contact. The material can be overprinted, gilded, silk screen printed. The most economic product of the range.

*Features of BOPP thermal laminating films*

In this type of thermal laminating films biaxially oriented polypropylene is the base material. The process used to combine the layers of BOPP film and thermal laminating adhesive is extrusion coating. Therefore, the film has the properties of BOPP film on one side and the other side is heat sensitive and is used for dry lamination.
