The Diana Easy folding carton gluer perfectly fits the lower to middle range performance segments. Based on the proven and reliable design of the Diana-series, the Diana Easy offers very fast and comfortable changeover processes, an operator-friendly design across the entire machine, and the highest quality standards. With speeds of up to 350 m/min, the Diana Easy is perfectly equipped for a wide range of applications. The machine is available in the format range of 85 cm and 115 cm (33.46 and 45.28 in) and therefore can easily handle products with a maximum product length of 600 mm. Cartons of 200-600 g/m² and up and an E-flutes of corrugated material can also be easily processed.

An intelligent setup system based on a PLC control concept is optionally available. This simplifies formerly labor-intensive and time-consuming setup processes. The "SmartSet" function saves all settings for repeat jobs, which shortens the changeover process and ensures the highest levels of productivity. The "DigiSet” function helps the operator set up a job for the first time by providing advice on where to position the carriers in each module.

Because it is based on design concept of the Diana X and Diana Smart model series, many add-on parts and equipment from these machines can also be used for the Diana Easy and vice versa.
